"Eagle Scout Yearbook Class of 2012"
The National Eagle Scout Association has commissioned Harris Connect, LLC. to produce an all NEW annual Eagle Scout publication that will feature the newest Eagle Scouts from the Class of 2012 . The current publication entitled "Eagle Scout Yearbook Class of 2012," will contain essays and photos of new Eagle Scouts, and will also include a data CD to help Eagle Scouts stay in touch with each other.
Almost 60,000 young men have received the Eagle Scout award in 2012, which is the highest number of Scouts to receive this prestigious award in 100 years. This project will truly be a celebration of the commitment to the service and leadership of Eagle Scouts everywhere.
For those of you who earned your Eagle in 2012, be on the lookout for any outreach that Harris Connect might send your way!

Help All Eagle Scouts Reconnect to Scouting
NESA has conducted three nationwide Eagle Scout searches over the last five years with remarkable success. The current whereabouts of more than 50 percent of living Eagle Scouts has been determined and shared with their local council. In most cases, they will be contacted and invited to come back to Scouting.

Csatari Portrait Celebrates 100 Years of Eagles
Acclaimed Boy Scouts of America artist Joseph Csatari was commissioned by the National Eagle Scout Association to paint a new portrait honoring the 100th anniversary of the Eagle Scout Award.
The portrait was unveiled during the BSA’s National Annual Meeting in Orlando on June 1. NESA’s popular Americanism Breakfast also honored several scholarship winners and the national winner of the Adams service project award.

Eagle Scouts: Merit Beyond the Badge
One hundred years after Arthur Eldred of New York earned this nation’s first Eagle Scout Award, new, independent research demonstrates the significant, positive impact Eagle Scouts have on society every day. Since it was first awarded in 1912, more than 2 million young men have achieved the Boy Scouts of America's highest rank. The study was conducted by Baylor University.
